By using this website and store’s services, you are agreeing to all of the Terms of Service, as may be updated by us from time to time. Terms of Sale
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
In order to purchase a product at our online store (www.OneClickGraphic.com), you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit. You agree to deal with us in good faith and in compliance with all applicable laws. OneClickGraphic online store retains the right to refuse any request made by customers. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.
Prices of products on the website are subject to change at any time without notice. All products may not be available in all areas. The price of our products showed in US Dollar and Canadian Dollar, which conversion rates may fluctuate depending on market price.
If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Delivery or shipping costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the shopping cards. Buyer shall be responsible for any tax or other governmental charge due to the sale, use or delivery of the product, including, but not limited to, GST/HST Tax. All applicable taxes and other charges will be added to the purchase price.
You must register with our website to be able to make purchases from our online store. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, at our discretion. Upon receiving your payment, goods will be despatched and you will be notified by a confirmation email showing the monies paid as a deposit shall be used as consideration for the value of goods you have purchased as listed in the confirmation email. Delivery will commence once payment has been processed/validated. We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard and American Express and PayPal.
When customer like to order our products, we will send samples for initial evaluation if needed. If customer choose to order requested product in exact initial quantity, those samples will be free of charge. If customer doesn't like to proceed with the order, an invoice for the shipped sample products will be issued considering 20% discounts, and the payment is required in seven days.
Any trade marks/names/images featured on this Website are owned by OneClicGraphic online store. Goods ordered by you remain our property until you pay for them in full.
We may provide special offers in relation to our goods and services from time to time. At any time, we may terminate any special offer without advance notice. If terminated, a special offer will continue to apply to goods you ordered in good faith in accordance with these terms before the special offer was terminated.
All goods are offered for sale subject to available stock. If an item is out of stock, we may contact you to offer a substitute. If you do not accept a substitute item and your credit card has been charged for an item that is out of stock, we will cancel your order and issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount charged. If you order goods and some are not in stock, you agree that we may fill that part of your order for which stock is available.
Shipments and returns
Packages are generally dispatched within reasonable time after receipt of payment and are shipped via Canada Post. If you prefer delivery by any other services, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before your payment and choosing this method.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. OneClickGraphic Online Store shall in no event be liable for any losses or damages caused by delay or non-delivery of products.
We ship within United States and Canada only. To find out the shipping charges that apply to you, simply add the items to your shopping cart and proceed accordingly to the checkout where the full cost will be calculated and displayed before you make any payment using www.oneclickgraphic.com online store website. It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. We are unable to deliver to a P.O. Box.
OneClickGraphic Online Store allows 2 days for the return of unused products, based on the date the item was received by the customer. We offer refunds or replacements of unused merchandise, less 10% restocking fee and associated shipping charges. Returns and damages caused by misuse are not covered within this policy and are purely at the discretion of OneClickGraphic Online Store. Items received with broken glass are not considered defective products. OneClickGraphic Online Store must be notified of any breakage within two business days. You must pay any return freight costs on change of mind purchases. Faulty items will be replaced with the same item originally purchased where still available. For faulty items that cannot be replaced, a full refund will be offered; we will pay all freight charges on faulty items.
The following items may NOT be returned:
- Any item without a return authorization number from us
- Used or damaged items
- Discontinued products
- Products that are not in their original packaging and containing all accessories
- Items over 2 days of the shipment receipt date
Free Shipping Promotion
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. During the stated period of the promotion, the express terms of any specific promotion override these Terms other than the Special offers and Error sections.
